Return and Refund Policy

At Verveet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund policy:

  1. Returns

    • Non-Customized Products: You may return non-customized products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
    • Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
  2. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  3. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product.
  4. Shipping

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
