Returns
- Non-Customized Products: You may return non-customized products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your product.

Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
